Process Automation forerunner expands leadership team, experience and RPA service delivery capabilities.
Virtual Operations today announced the addition of James Swinford and Shaun Dawson to its leadership team – Mr. Swinford in the role of Professional Services Director for the company’s UK operation and Mr. Dawson in the same role for the US. Virtual Operations provides Robotic Process Automation (RPA) consulting, implementation and support services to BPOs, healthcare outsourcing providers and other organizations.

Both Swinford and Dawson are responsible for Virtual Operations’ team of process analysts and developers. Their teams provide client services such as assessing process automation opportunities, creating RPA business cases, developing and scaling automation solutions and helping organizations establish internal RPA Centers of Excellence.
